If you’re not in love after trying your first pair, whether it’s the fit, feel, or performance, just let us know within 90 days of delivery. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to start the conversation.

Lifetime Quality Promise

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your socks ever wear out prematurely or arrive with a defect, we’ll replace or credit them.
If we ever need to inspect the socks, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Note: Some of our socks are limited-edition runs, so replacement colorways may vary. We’ll do our best to match your original style.

How It Works

  1. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page with you order number.

  2. Tell us what happened to the socks in question.

  3. We’ll review it within one business day and send your confirmation. We may request a photo to better understand the nature of any damage or defect.

What Counts as a Defect?

  • Covered: Holes, unraveling seams, premature thinning, stitching errors, elastic failure, major pilling after light use.

  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear after extended use, damage from pets or equipment, discoloration from washing, or comfort preferences beyond the 90-day window.

We use this info to make better socks, not to deny claims, we’re just keeping it clear for everyone.
